We recently hired Darren Keenan to be the DJ and MC at our wedding. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism in both the DJ and MC areas.
As a MC, Darren ensured that the whole reception ran to plan and everyone present was knowledgeable about the order and structure of the evening. Darren was also very engaging to the audience whenever he was speaking.
As Darren provided his own equipment and communicated with the venue staff, there was a seamless integration on the night which resulted in a very enjoyable, no stress reception.
Whilst fulfilling the DJ role, Darren was very aware of the large variety of ages and played music accordingly. This resulted in everyone feeling that they could have a dance throughout the night and no one being left out. Darren also provided structure to the otherwise unstructured/un-time lined parts of the night. i.e. Bouquet and Garter throwing.
Pre-event service was good and, through meetings with Darren, we felt confident that the night would go as planned.
We would recommend Darren Keenan as a DJ and/or MC for any event.
